Someone recommended it to me and my wife. From what I can tell, there aren't a whole lot of studies on it but the few out there say it's beneficial for sleep and athletic performance. Anyone have experience with it?

It seems to be in several cortisol suppressant supplement complexes if that helps any.

I would wait for more research to comes out.If one took all the supplements based on claims for beneficial effects it could easily add up to 40 or so a day.I used to work with a nurse that did just that. It was mind boggling the number of supplements she would bring to work, she would be taking them all through the day.
Only one’s I believe in are Vit C,D3,zinc,magnesium,B12 (because of my age).I need to start K2,I suppose.I started to take Turmeric/ Curcumin about a year ago,it’s been amazing how it eleminated old people aches and pains in back, shoulders.read about it long time before I tried it.
A lot of supplements are nothing more than snake oil, some are actually dangerous.

I've been taking it along with Longjack for about 2 months now.
I'd say it's working but it may be that I'm feeling better from drastically cutting back on my drinking around the same time. I'll be getting bloodwork done in a couple of weeks so I'll be able to compare to my test levels in the past.

I have used it and I feel like it works for feeling super stressed or high anxiety similar to CBD. Could be placebo but I feel like I noticed a benefit. Apparently though it’s not something to take long term just in short periods when you might need it.

There was a thread a few months back on it.
One of the posters had success in raising his T levels combining it with longjack.

I tried it a few times and it made me itchy, think I’m allergic.

I’m going to give this a shot. I’ve got a nagging mid back pain that comes and goes. Typical OTC NSAIDS don’t touch it. Heat and a massage gun helps but it is temporary. It always feels great after I’ve been active. Riding the bike will loosen it up and if I keep that up most of the week I’m fine. But I throw in a rest day to give my legs some recovery, the day after rest day the back will flare up most of the time.

I’m very experienced with it, but I’m not in the mood to write as much as I can.
I’ll summarize:
* only get KSM-66 formula (it’s specifically root extract, while other formulas can be leaf or a combination. The leaf extract (sensoril) can be toxic in high doses.
* I suggest 600 mg of KSM-66 per day
* You can either take it for a few days a week all year long OR take it every day for a month or two and then cycle off. If you don’t, you’ll get anhedonia (type of depression) and it won’t work anymore.
* It increases FREE testosterone. I have lab results that prove it.
* it decreases cortisol significantly. I have lab results to prove it.

If you want a supplement that has it along with Zinc & Magnesium, wait for Bluestar Nutraceuticals to run a 51% off special on Status and buy 2 month’s worth for $70.
If I bought ZMA, Longjack & Aswagandha separately, I would pay more than $35 per month.

Interested in trying this. What’s considered a few days a week?
I’m interested in comparing bloodwork before / after.

BSN has Status at 41% off. Add code JASON10 and get 10% more off.
