W4D1 done: amrapped the top set of squats and did 10reps (with some breathing before the last few haha). I got 20 on the dips amrap (did them on the rack attachment not on bench). That weird weight/rep scheme on bench was awesome; felt like the 60% just flew up every time and I managed to get all 5 solid reps for top set. Feeling strong!

W4D3 done. Good workout until last sets of squats. Nearly let it fold me in half, recovered and finished the reps. I lost concentration and lowered too quickly.

Looked ahead to PS2, definitely an increase in volume/intensity on the main lifts

Maybe BenchaminFranklin 1 then 2? Since we're early.

Man I really liked today. Squats were tough but fair. I liked the heavy RDLs. I've been able to add weight to my curls which is also fun.

I liked it too, until I got to DB laterals….

Really hate anything that has 20-25 reps. Start out so easy until around 15+

I was just thinking how I’ve improved my curls too

I'm just now realizing I skipped them. I stopped at RDLs. He put the laterals up there on the side. I did do 3 sets of ab rolls because it felt short so I don't feel too bad but man I hate skipping something.

Benchamin Franklin 1 and Arm Farm have been my favorite two programs of the last 12 months.

Finished week 3 day 3 today, and starting to plan for the next program.

Debating between doing Pool Season II in May and then Benchamin Franklin in June or BF in May and PSII in June.

Any suggestions?

I’m definitely doing pool season 2 in may. I at first was passing on the bench in June because I was thinking of All I want for Christmas is a big bench. Y’all can keep that program, soul suckers are terrifying

W4D4 D0NE!

Got in the gym about 4:15 to knock this out while it was empty. 1st set was easy. 2nd set was solid. 3 and 4 made me worry about set 5. Set 5 was the only one with a rep failure. Failed 5th bench set at 9. I used 67% of a 95%TM. Even with 4.5-5 min rests, this felt like a sprint in the gym. 50 min total with warm-ups. Loved this and looking forward to PS2 Monday!
