Gym Routine for Golfers

Does anyone know where I can find a good overall strength and stretching routine for golfers?

You're not a pro, it doesn't have to be that different from a "regular" gym routine. You create speed from your core so strengthing hips, back, hamstrings, and arse. Deadlifts, squats, rdl's, med ball slams.
Just make sure you keep your mobility up, which everyone should be doing anyway. Shoulder dislocates, band pull aparts, things that stretch your back, shoulders and chest.

What Mingo said. Only thing I might suggest is have some rotational power exercises. Having a strong core is important.

Just look at 531. You don't need anything Special at first.
I mean we are assuming you are the normal overweight guy who plays golf and has not kept up with strength or mobility. We assume that because you wouldn't be asking these questions if not.
In the end, Westside 4 skinny bastards and Bill miller's swing fast programs will be similar to very high level golfers would be using. But you almost assuredly need a basic program.
Until you can squat 405 for reps, wasting time doing other stuff. Just do med ball throws for the jump/throws section of 531.

I can’t speak to the stretching (I’m awful at remembering to do it) but I second 777’s recommendation of doing a good strength program like 5/3/1. I have added solid club head speed without feeling like I’m swinging harder over the last year since I’ve started 5/3/1
