Looking at getting one but having a tough time deciding on which one. I'd like one to track my road and trail runs . Would like a good GPS and to have music storage. Anyone here have any info or experience with these? Thanks in advance..

I think there is only 1 Garmin watch that has music storage so you don’t need your phone with you.

Garmin 945 is the only one that stores music.

Check with your insurance for a Garmin discount, splurge and get the 245 Music.

I have the Vivosport band and it suits me fine, but if I were in the market I’d get a 245 Music.

Edit: there are like 4 or 5 Garmin watches with music storage. Also, given the 945 is $600...the 245 Music isn’t much of a splurge.

What about the 645 music ? It's like 315 right now on Amazon.

I’m sure it’s good. Check rainmakerdc review for each watch you’re interested in. He’s very thorough.

Thanks. I did. That was the longest review I've ever read but pretty much hit on everything I needed to know. I went with the 645 music. Ready to try it out.

Look into the Suunto 7 as well if you’re looking at Garmin.

Looks like a solid watch but needed to go with Garmin. The group of guys I run with all have Garmin so I wanted to be able to share runs and compare through Garmin connect.

I have the Fenix 5x plus. I love it. Stores music, gps etc. Not cheap but worth it.
