Anyone ever run this program and have any opinions of it? I've been training pretty intensively for about the last 5 years. First four years in CrossFit, and the past year doing strait sets (squats, deads, presses, accessories, etc) in a linear program. I love the idea of having conditioning, strength, and accessories in a compact time frame.
Thanks!
Thanks!

not Four Horseman but I am running a strength and size program that he put out on one of his Youtube videos. It's similar to the Four Horseman.
Start with a Giant set, then Technique, then assistance and conditioning.
It's a tough program and you are busy the entire time. I had to get used to the volume of work. When I am feeling beat up I will drop the assistance work.
I have leaned out a little but my strength has been a steady increase.

I’m running 531 right now. I may explore it when I’m ready to switch.

Full disclosure, I love Alsruhe's stuff and YouTube channel.
I have not run his programs, but for anyone looking for an all in one strength/conditioning/hypertrophy program, I'd recommend them. He always builds programs that address all three of those things simultaneously.
I use his giant sets all the time, and love the conditioning effect you get. It dramatically increases the volume you can fit into a single session too.

I have not run it but know it pretty well. I think you would really like it. His advanced linear program would be another good option.
