Forearm Tendon Pain

I hurt my right one about 20 years ago and still get pain, now my left forearm is hurting. I have read a few things and beyond ice and stopping activity, does anyone have any suggestions. I saw an Ortho on the right one and all I came back with was a bill for him and the PT. No real help or improvement. It just got better over time. The right has some pain but it is limited, the left has gotten miserable. Any suggestions here for relief?

Closer to the wrist or elbow? Palm side or the back of the hand?
If elbow related, increasing my shoulder mobility has done wonders for my elbow health, as counterintuitive as that may sound. Closer to the wrist, I don't have much experience there, so less to offer.

Inside forearm, closer to elbow on both arms. When I tighten arm into a curl position, it hurts like hell inside the forearm.

I had bicep tendon pain right below the elbow while squatting. I did a lot of banded shoulder dislocations and it cured it.
The pain would flow into any bicep work I did. I always recommend including some shoulder mobility because even if it doesn't cure the direct issue, you still get a benefit.

I had "golfers" elbow from how I was carrying my small kids(I think, did internet research only) really couldnt do curls due to pain. i rested it a while, kids have started walking full time(carrying less) and the pain has been easing. It was on the inside just below the elbow where the tendon attaches. Kinda opposite of tennis elbow from what I read.

I viewed it, didn't see where he addressed tendon issues. It just said it didn't work for tendons.

Alpha Gripz. Will help injury prevention down the road.

I’ve been battling tennis elbow for a few months. Thing is a bitch but I still work out I’ve just gone a lot lighter and wear a tendon strap. Doctor said it would take at least three months to get through.
When it’s bothering me I take Advil and rub Penetrex on it. I also ice, roll, and stretch it every night. The worst thing for it is holding my phone. It’s improved a lot from when it first flared up.

Just finished battling this aka “golfers elbow”. Got a steroid shot and had to put my wrist/forearm in a soft cast for a month. Pain free for now, but haven’t really started back up at the gym. Did some physical therapy with some light 2-3 lb weight to try to activate those forearm muscles
