How many cycles/minutes of REM sleep do you get per night?
I get 4 cycles (when I get a good chunk of
Hours of sleep for me), and about 1.5 hours of REM.
According to the device, of course.

I could never do this. I'd become obsessed with my scores and would stress about results, thereby ruining my sleep.

Yeah it only works if you can already sleep on command. I’m fortunate/can control my mind.

How many hours do you sleep? I ask because 99% of people I see in the sleep lab have 3 cycles or less. Then again that’s actual data, not a watch with zero neurological information at all trying to tell you what your brain is doing.
The watch is worthless and I have one. If it doesn’t have leads collecting brain waves, there’s no way to tell how you’re sleeping.

My 30 day average:
Awake 10%
REM 28%
Light 46%
Deep 16%
Counting number of REM cycles would be difficult and it appears I am all over the place on that.
