First month back on Stronglifts.

This is my third time around on stronglifts. Started it last month after doing single muscle routines for about 6 months.
6 Lbs gained in the first month. New high in bench, deadlift, and OH press. I know the weight gain may slow down, but I'm gonna keep going. Do two more months then maybe try that greyskull routine or madcows.
What would most of you recommend after I finish?

I'm doing Greyskull and am getting some good results. Only been about 2 months though, and I'm just getting back into lifting. I'm not familiar with stronglifts. What are the basic concepts?

You do squats 3x a week. Some use 5x5, others may do a 3x5. The 5 main exercises are Squats, Bench, Bent Rows, OH Press, and Deadlift. Alternate between workout A and B, 3 days a week, with an off day between. Workout A is Squat, Bench, Rows. Workout B is Squat, OH press, Deadlift. It is 5 sets of 5 on each.

I just finished up SL 5x5 about a month ago. It does get your strength back up.
I am doing 531 Boring But Big 3 month challenge now and will probably go to Greyskull after that. 777 was very convincing on Greyskull.
3 weeks into 531 BBB and I am enjoying it. Month 3 I might be singing a different tune I hear though.

531 variations are just as good as greyskull so long as understand all the concepts of how to progress through rep pr's, switching lifts etc it's just the progression is a little slower and it's more complex of a system compared to greyskull.
I love both and believe that greyskull is far superior to every other linear progression system and should be the system people start with over strong lifts or starting strength and you should run a variation of it for about the first 3 years of lifting. I believe 531 is the best advanced system out there especially once you have read forever 531 and understand what wendler is trying to accomplish. I believe it is the system you should move to once you have pretty much gotten everything you can out of the greyskull lp. I say this, in assuming strength, size, aesthetics and balance are the goal. For pure bodybuilding nothing and I mean nothing beats the doggcrapp training system. But that system is not about balance, there are no pick up bball games allowed, it's pure bodybuilding all the time and there is no room for anything else and most people have no desire to live that away.
As far as the original question, the greyskull system is a linear progression system like strong lifts. Madcow is a weekly progression system and a more advanced system than greyskull. So naturally I believe you should eak every little bit you can out of linear progression therefore greyskull would be the better fit, atleast for a while. After a few resets I would goto madcow then after a few rounds onto 531 and become a lifer.
