I feel like I read this thread before. 'Hey I'm getting a little fat, can I take a magic pill to lose it?' How did you get here? Maybe it's because you aren't moving around a whole lot and you don't have self control while eating.

safest that works is going to be 11-x by lgi, can get it on lockoutsupplements.
but honestly unless you have everything dialed in, why in the frick would you use something like that? its dumb and a waste. now if you are at 12-14% and trying to get to 10% thats different. But anybody and everybody should be able to get down to 15% with no problem with just will power to stick to your macros and will power to stick to a heavy lifting program.
Nothing else is needed but time to get to the level. only thing i would even tell anybody to add on top of that would be some heavy conditioning sessions 2-3 times a week for a max of 12 min and some fasted walking.
no supplements except some protein powder(and even thats not needed) should even be used until you get to that point.
