Thanks for all of y’alls help so far, guys! Y’all have been awesome! One last thing. If I were to do an ECA stack, would it be I’ll advised to then also take a pre-workout prior to lifting? Man, seems like some pretty serious stuff. What would you consider safe? After a little reading into it, you can get Ephedrine in Primatine tablets. Obviously the key to fat loss is primarily a diet in which you consume less calories than you burn. A solid workout program can also be a huge factor.
