Experimenting on a 50/49/1 Macro Protocol Right Now

Returned from Mexico wanted to try a different protocol from my normal 80/19/1. Currently have been doing a 50/49/1 for the last three days. I’m highly fat adapted and although I took over a week off I was back in solid ketosis (1.2) after 48 hours of the 50/49/1. I’m still employing a 18/6 IF regimen to supplement this.
Thoughts so far...
Fats are still decently high and I don’t feel hungry throughout the day unless I don’t intake any fat when I break my fast.
My blood glucose is elevated throughout the entire day at around a 5.0 when my normal is 3.8-4.0 when on an 80/19.
Blood ketone readings throughout the day drop from 1.2 in the morning completely fasted to 0.3 for the next 12ish hours. On an 80/19/1 I would be at a 3.0 fasted and drop to the 2.0 range after refeeding.
I’ll probably run this for about a month and re-evaluate.

Your knowledge of nutrition / strength is equally as poor as your knowledge of LSU baseball. I remember you used to tout the frick out of Hanover one of the worst players in LSU history.

Your excess protein is producing glucose.

Why don't you experiment with a 172-day water fast and get back to us.

That’s obvious based on my blood glucose and ketone levels already. Gluconeogenesis is already heavily in play.

I’ve done a 28 day water fast. That was when I was about 18% BF now I’m much too lean to attempt anything over 30 days.

I give you shite because you jump around from board to board with a mindset that your ideas and beliefs are the only ways people can succeed, you seem to go all in on and double down without having found sustained success yourself. Here's one of the many pages you were boasting about your new alt coin in mid January, at first I just ignored it but you kept on...pleading others to jump on board and when things crashed you vanished and ended up patrolling this board.
LINK
This board should be a place to share your thoughts but also encourage others in their progress, not to find studies that exclusively suit the program or diet you are doing.
