I actually haven’t taken that before but have been meaning to do a deeper dive. What do you think about it?

i mean its the perfect stack with clen but be careful and learn how to dose it and to titrate up and back down so you dont ruin your thyroid output. but tons of info on it as its the traditional stack used by bodybuilders.

Diet then strength training then cardio. I never realized how important diet was until I started tracking macros. Got ripped in 6 months. If you starve yourself naked and afraid style, you could do it in 28 days. Maybe with some cocaine you could get it down to 14 days.

I disagree. For fatbodies, it can shed weight to go in the woods and not eat. That would be a yo-yo diet, wreck your health and would gain the fat back in short order because you don’t know how to train or be active. Just a sick weakling

Training begets discipline and good habits, builds up connective tissue, the mindset required to be great, etc. That way, it will motivate someone to work on the diet to get even better gains

I can see that. I worked out for years and got stronger and in better cardio shape but never looked that great because of diet. Once I got that dialed in, everything got better (strength, cardio, aesthetics, etc).

shredded with moderate muscle mass looks infinitely better than moderate body fat and high muscle mass imho

This not eating thing has gotten pretty easy

I think one of y’all may be gains goblining me because chicks keep wanting to take me on dates and that cuts into my gym and starvation time
