Strongman Compilation of Re-Alignment
I've never been to a Chiro, but I've seen some of his clients say "I've been to a chiropractor but nothing like this!"
Has anyone had anything like this before?

Can't comment on the legitimacy of this guy or chiropractic in general but there is a subset of "famous" Youtube chiropractors and they all have a schtick:
- this guy uses some kind of plastic hammer
- the old guy in Texas that does the "ring dinger"
- some other dude that dresses real GQ and basically body slams people
Does it feel good temporarily? Probably. Will it improve your life in the long run? Maybe. Will it cure cancer and blindness like some chiropractors proclaim? Doubtful.

100% of chiropractors are frauds. The risk to reward ratio is heavily skewed to the risk side with 0.01% of outcomes being remotely positive in the short to middle term. There’s zero objective evidence to suggest any long term benefits of it.

This is true. I’ve seen two or three in my day and they’re all the same. Practice of chiropractics has only been around a little over 100 years
There’s tons of evidence that says all they are doing is releasing air in the joints and after a day or two everything goes back to the way it was
Last night I saw a little spent 60 seconds with me every adjustment and wanted me to commit to a $4,000 plan. Lol bye
