Downtown NOLA gyms

Any recs on gyms in downtown/warehouse district. Really looking for so where for a morning or mid-day workout, so I need somewhere with a shower.

The Anytime Fitness Garden District location is in the process of making some additions in the next couple of months to the facility. One of which will include a shower.

There is an Oschner gym in One Shell that is a good size and has locker/showers.

There is a depressing gym in canal place

Top floor of canal place shopping center across from movie theatre will get the job if needed. But yes it is somewhat depressing

There's a relatively new gym with good equipment in Place St Charles. Might be on the pricier side though.

NOAC at 222 Rampart St. 2 blocks off Canal on the river side of Rampart.
Been around for ages. Can't say what they offer, but it's been around for as long as I can remember, and I'm pushing 70, so they must be doing something right.
