Does anyone here go to that gym at Perkins Rowe?

Talking about Bally’s? It’s a basic commercial gym. Nothing special, but it’s solid.

That’s hardly a commitment. If you aren’t serious about exercising, I would just sign up at Planet Fitness until you get tired of going. It’s cheap and you can get in good exercise while you’re motivated to go.

If you’re not into serious strength training and won’t want to use a free barbell, Planet Fitness is fine. They’re usually in good shape and cheaper than a Plank Rd. hooker. And I hear they have free pizza sometimes. Help you maintain that dad bod when doing those curls.

I just don’t want to be doughy.

It's LA fitness and it's a good gym. Was there about a year and it was great for what I needed. Never a long wait for anything, had all the equipment I really needed.
I only left because I built a home gym.
