Tried it. Not sure it made any difference. I used it for 3 weeks. Diet is key to inflammation not supplements or anything else.

Not sure about inflammation, but powdered tart cherry extract plus an LMNT salt pack puts me asleep pretty quick.

I had gout a couple of years ago. I am in very good shape and eat a good diet but I eat a lot of salmon, haddock and tuna and those fish can cause gout, which I had no idea they could do that. I started taking tart cherry capsules once day and laid off the oily fish for 6 months and then slowly started adding it back into my diet. I am back to eating those fish 2-3 times a week and so far so good.

My wife drinks it to help with inflammation from her cancer drug(s). She can tell a difference when she takes it.

All the beer you drink is a more likely culprit.
