Does anyone have a good TRX Core workout regimen?

I like using the TRX and since shoulder injuries scared of free weights. Want to also incorporate 25-30 min of cardio as well. Probably will end all with a Palof press sets.

Tell me more about what you’re doing with TRX. Same boat as you with both shoulders. I doubt I ever do another press of any kind.

We use at TRX at our gym. These are great to have a full body workout. You can easily find numerous exercises on the internet. Too many exercises to name. Some of my favorite are: pushups (Hands on handle or feet on handles), Knee tucks (feet on handles), Squat jump, Alternative jumping lunges.
