Do you have vertigo or have a friend who suffers from this terrible condition.

A doctor cannot cure this but I cured myself. Inquire if interested. Yes, my advice is free.

Go to the doctor and he'll give you instructions on laying on your back and doing head turning exercises. These exercises made me sick. The pills he prescribes doesn't work either. But you're sure to get a bill and an invitation to come back. I started taking 2 tabs of ginger root, can take more, per day till symptoms go away.I Cut back to 1 per day and now I vertigo no more. I found out mariners take ginger root while sailing the seas. Ginger root tabs are cheap and can be found in any Walmart. For the organic sufferers, you can use real ginger root crushed and made into a tea. It worked for me. Good luck to all the vertigo sufferers.

My dad got vertigo has a result of hitting his head some years ago. It’s only triggered in certain circumstances. Roller coasters and fast spinning motions are the usual triggers for him.

My vertigo was so bad it reminded me of drinking too much vodka when I was young. I had to sleep in a certain position, if I turned over, I would wake up with the ceiling spinning. I wouldn't wish this on anybody.

Had it once. Miserable moment in my life. Couldn't get shite out of the doctors, and they kept me in the hospital for an entire day. Had to make payroll that day, and l talked my way out of the hospital, somehow. I cornered a nurse in an attempt to figure out the source of the malady, and she suggested that l increase my potassium intake by eating bananas.

Seemed to work.

Looks like we found the universal cure for vertigo sufferers. Just eat lots of bananas and ginger root and stay away from quack doctors.

i had an attack in early september. it rocked my world for a day or so! emergency room prescribed meclizine for several days. vertigo stopped.
the problem since then is that i’m somewhat disorientef unless sitting down. no spinning sensation or vomiting. just not “all there!”
went to a good ENT and he diagnosed inner ear stuff. prescribed lorezapam, which wasted me!!!
its better now, but every 2-3 days, i get that imbalance crap. i love to hunt and went thursday, friday and saturday morning. all good!! climbed out of the stand that morning and the imbalance hit me. i had to go home. it lasted till today, and i hunted this evening.
strange shite!!
