I lifted in high school and we ran a pretty simple setup, mostly 5x5 strength cycles with squat, bench and deadlift as the base, then lighter accessory work. Juggernaut is solid but honestly consistency and good technique matter way more, especially after a meniscus repair. If she’s already hitting regionals after that recovery she’s doing something right.

Same, especially as freshmen. Wasnt on the powerlifting team but we worked out together. Way more 5x5 bench squat clean than anything else, and A LOT of core and flexibility work.

We had a world record holder and an olympic track coach on the staff and we all got strong af.
