Was stuck around 315 for a while. Finally got my diet right and progressing nicely.

how long ago were you at 315 and what program are you using?
How tall and what size are you?
Basically what I'm getting at is that 315 should almost be moving off the ground from being tight in the setup. You might need to be working on the setup.

Back at the beginning of June. I've been doing GZCLP. I'm enjoying it a lot.

That's solid progress. The LP probably has you moving slower than you could but no big deal.

Yeah the 340 is going up pretty smooth, so I know I could definitely lift more. I'm just trying to stick to the program while focusing on my other lifts too.
