Waited 20 minutes for this arse hat to come back before I relented that he was just a major douche. Squat pressing 450, oooo big boy. Can't even bother with unloading. This happens way too damn often. Your gym membership should be revoked if you're caught doing this crap.

I spend the first 5-10 minutes of each workout re-racking weights, barbells, SBB bars and whatever else in the rack before I can even begin to lift. Every a-hole has to workout in the one spot I can use for deadlifts and does everything except fricking deadlifts.

Right? And this dude was walking around all rooster chested like he was moving mountains.

I was working out with the wife and we warm up with 180 on and do working sets loaded with 270. And yes...I will use my wife as an excuse for my baby legs.

But it's the principal of the matter. Rerack your damn weights.

Gyms fight to hard to keep membership numbers up to do this. Small fines would be better served.

One time I was trying to use a platform for cleans and this guy brought one of those hex bars onto it to do deadlift, which wasn’t a big deal, until he also was doing dumbbell bench and also taking up a machine. The worst thing was he wasn’t even really supersetting he was taking full rest between all lifts and locking all that shite down. I had never been so frustrated in the gym before. Then the fricker just left the hex bar and shite on the platform.

god you cant be any more correct i see this way too often in the gym and it makes me so mad these guys that will push one one rep and act like they are somebody. now i'm no gym rat but that is total douchery at its core
