I like Strava, but I need to be able to see real time heart rate data, and I can't seem to get it to do anything but a HR average.

Strava premium gives you better analysis

Garmin Connect with a Garmin 520 and Training Peaks. The Garmin Connect app is free and gives me more than enough analysis: speed, HR, power, cadence, temp, and averages them all out in intervals and give me high marks, low marks etc, as well as a map of where I went.
Training Peaks’ analytical tools for me personally are as good as Garmin’s, plus metrics like IF(Intensity Factor) and EF(Efficiency factor) but my coach can upload and track and comment on all my workouts and really breakdown crazy science behind it all. My TP membership is $9/month.
If you don’t have a coach Garmin Connect is more than you’ll ever need and it’s free.

Get a garmin or something equivalent. I'm currently still rocking my edge 510. I would suggest that or even a 500. Will do everything you need it to. Unless you are one who likes getting new

The 520 bluetooths! I think that’s the only major upgrade from the 510. But a Garmin 910 watch does everything you need and I’m sure you can find one for damn near $100 on eBay now!
