Couple Workout Program?

What's a good workout program for me and my wife to do? We'll have 3x a week 1 hour sessions, minimal equipment or space (workout at home), and very different starting levels. I've been lifting/athletic for years, while she is at a very beginner stage.
I don't mind working out in my own, but if me joining her can help keep her motivated then I'm all for it.

Look into P90X or Insanity. You can do them together, and your fitness levels don’t really matter.

Vigorous sex, one hour, three times a week. Mix in dumbbell movements between thrusts, etc.

I was able to get my wife to work out with me in the mornings with free YouTube videos from Fitness Blender LINK
It’s a husband and wife and they are even sometimes in the videos together, and other videos it’s one or the other solo. The workouts were advanced enough for me to get a good workout in but also easy enough and well explained for my wife who hadn’t done any real strength work. Did a good job explaining proper form, etc.
We each bough a set of Power Blocks (which they use in the videos). I just got the bigger set and she got the smaller set
All their videos are free, but you pay like $10 and they put them into programs for 30 days with a calendar. They have strength series, cardio series, series of only 30 minutes or less workouts, etc.

Do y'all have a D1 Training facility near you. They have an adult strength class that would work well for couples.
