Flexibility can be gained on a session by session basis with 15-20min of stretching. It’s a POS but your ROM will eventually improve

I'm enjoying it. I'm interested in doing more Olympic lifting. I've been going to CF twice a week but going to start 3x a week this week. Doing some light active recovery stuff on off days to try to offset some of the soreness. Some of the WODs are brutal.. in particular any of them that have a lot of body weight movements in the warmups are really tough to grind through, being so heavy. Crab walks torched my Tris before strict shoulder presses the other day, for example.

Many people have experiences like that when they first start. You get wiped out easily, you struggle doing some things. But if you stick with it the progress you’ll gain on things you previously struggled with is extremely gratifying

Have you tried spreading your hands a little more. With a narrow grip, it forces your shoulders to stay rolled in a little more. This can cause some lockout issues with the heavier weights.

I'll play

Here's my latest video I uploaded. Tweaked my back a little so, deadlifts are with lighter weights and a tighter form. Also my squat in the video is a more high bar, I'm usually lower with placement. You can browse through all my vids and critique. You can see my name, whatever.

Skip to around 2:20 to get past deads.

All 3 lifts

Nice work.
Deadlift
Hips are soft when punching forward
Rotate your elbows to get lats tighter
Seems like you could get your hips closer to the bar in the setup to get tighter.
Foot placement could be a little more outward to get knees out of the way

Bench
Overall pretty good.
Need to work on arch.
Move around a little too much

Squat
Solid form
Could go a tad deeper and use the stretch reflex, especially in high bar.
Track your knees over your feet a little better.

Solid work though

Sumo is still a work in progress. Only been steadily using it for about a year.

I've noticed I move around a little. Arch is in works too. It's there just not super high

I just watched a few more videos. You have a semi sumo stance and not full sumo. Watch Ed coan for technique tips.

I also noticed you don't stay tight in the bench. Keep those shoulders pinched.

Yup, I don't get good power going wider. Mobility is not there yet.

Pu, I notice that you rolled your shoulders forward on the initial pull on the DL. Maybe try to keep a bigger chest.

good form on those lifts though. The only thing I saw, was already said and that's the shoulders rolling forward some. Focus on that and you're solid.

Good job driving through your heels. I like to always go atg but that's just personal preference. As long as you're breaking parallel, it's all good.

How do you like those shoes? I use chucks or just my socks but I'm curious about em.

Love them! I get more quads in my squadt and I feel more stable. It was a big change.
