Something not adding up.
If you consistently do this for 20 years there is no way you count down to 12%.
Are you a drunk? What do you consider constant? 2-3 a week? Work out straight for 2 months?

You want to see the Dexa scan?
This is what pisses me off about the internet. And yet- idiots like me come here repeatedly to share information.
The last person before this post asked if I was a drunk.
I have struggled with fitness my whole life. Some days, I would ride my road bike 50 miles- for fun. Some days, I would find a sprint tri to do- for fun. Cold turkey. But I never ever ever could get my nutrition and supplements and workout dialed in.
I’ve worked with 4 different “trainers” off and on since 2002. My desire to be fit and at least try to be nutritionally sound never changed. But, I also used to travel internationally for work 200 days plus of the year- so a reasonable person (not an internet arse) could see that it might be a little difficult to keep up a decent regime with that schedule.
Now that I am entering my late 40s, I know it will be harder and harder to achieve my goals.
So, I threw the Hail Mary- no way those ads could be right? What do they know?
Well, based on my chest looking better than it has in 47 years and veins in my arms that I have never seen before, I am stoked. I just hope that by writing this- someone on the fence will find it and know Cenegenics is for real and not a scam.
Yes, it’s expensive. Very expensive. I don’t have time to organize what they have organized for me. Yes, I will follow
a plan like religion if I believe it it.
And yes, it works.
How far will I take it? No telling. I don’t want to be single digit BF. I don’t want to be thin. I want to be in fantastic shape- visually, physically, and internally.
Since no one will believe it anyway- I will share this comment from one of my doctors- “You put on much more lean mass than I expected, in fact, much more than most of our patients- you have very much enough mass now to look very good- start doing sets of 24-30….since I can’t keep you out of the gym”
Oh, and “Field Engineer” I’m sorry you’re a pussy- I went and looked at your post history- 195x2 PR?
Here’s another one for you that you won’t believe-
I am 47 and I bench 225x4 for 2 sets with ease after warming up with 135x6, 185x6, 205x6.
Eat more lil boy.

Yeah, new to lifting and honest. Get fricked.

New to lifting, eh?
Yet you come here and tell people that they didn’t add as much muscle that a goddamn GE Dexa scan said they did.
In a physician’s office.
Must be nice to be a know it all.
I did also notice that you told someone else they couldn’t rep 315.
You do realize that’s not exactly an unattainable feat, right?
Oh yeah, but I forgot- you’re a pussy who can barely manage 9th grade PE bench presses. So it probably does seem like a lot to you.

Yeah, I’m saying you didn’t add 17 lbs of muscle in 2.5 months. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. Again, go frick yourself.
ETA: Goad you’re having success despite being such a massive douche.

Happy this is working out for you, but there’s no need for this.
But, because you took it there, these numbers are far from the flex you think they are if you’ve been lifting for 20 years.
