Something I have struggled with for probably the last 8+ years is finding higher quality weekend-type shorts (tasc, lulu, vuori, etc.) that fit lower bodies with bigger quads/glutes. So many of these brands seem tailored only for guys with a BMI of 10, quads as round as a child's bicep, and an arse flatter than cardboard. I'm 6'0" 223, so admittedly I'm overweight, but time after time I either look like I'm wearing boxers in a L or a parachute in an XL. None of these higher quality brands want to put a simple gusset in the crotch to let me slightly open my legs or stride out for a simple walk/jog.

Has anyone found a nice casual pair of shorts, similar to the "weekend short" that tasc offers, where the leg doesn't taper like a pant leg? TIA.

I'm 6'2" 225 and have had luck with birddogs and the lululemon commission shorts.

I got them big legs and juicy cheeks, and I bought a couple pair of Bear Bottom. I like em. Could use a bit more room in the crotch, but overall good fit and quality.

Try alo... I love Lululemon shorts for working out, but much prefer Alo for leisurewear.

Their shorts come in all different types of fits & styles.

I’m 5-10 207 and it’s a struggle with lulu.

Some fit fine, others fit like I’m wearing daisy dukes.

I bought some Fabletics and they are a better fit than Lulu.
