I started it at the beginning of this month. First week was hell but lost a ton of weight right off the back. Second week seems easier as my body has adjusted some but the weight loss has slowed down. Feel pretty good now, not ever really hungry. Cutting out coffee was the hardest part.

Like most "influencers", they just want to sell supplements.

CarnivoreMD is a bigger quack than Donald Duck. Nothing he says is backed by science and he’s just shilling his supplements.

Answer me this, if his diet was so great, why would he need supplements?
