Eat naturally occurring foods that planet Earth produces.

Feel healthier and fuller. And if you need to eat more it's not that big of a deal, just keep eating chicken, steak, peas, potatoes, etc etc etc.

After time your body and mind will adjust to the right amount of food and you will be surprised.

I think I’ve said this here before, but I’ve done the caveman diet. It worked great. Felt great, lost weight. But in the end it was too restrictive for my lifestyle and also, I’m not a big fan of vegetables so I had very little variety.

I’ve been doing it for a while. Feel great. My fruit is limited to blueberries and I only have a quarter cup twice a day so two total servings of fruit.

I don’t see the benefits of being so restrictive unless you just feel great eating those foods.

I tried it for a while, and it was fun at first. Eventually it infringed upon my social life, so I quit.

I still eat that way most of the time. But I like vegetables, so I eat them too. I try to limit any refined carbs to once per day if that.

I like to do this diet. Used to go with only meat but need some sort of “carb” to get me through explosive workouts. The sugar you get through fruit fuels you similar to carbs but is easier to keep control of compared to bread or pasta.

I love meat and fruit, but cheese is awesome too.

It can be great,

I’d also add in unpasteurized milk and cream if you have access to a local farm.

I’m lucky to live close to farmers who have raw A2 milk, cream, yogurt, grass fed Jersey cows, grass fed lamb, etc

You can add honey but it’s best if it’s raw, unheated, local in your area.

I have been doing animal based + fruit and my body has never been better. You drop body fat like you are 16 again and lose no muscle.

This diet on paper looks too good to be true. You eat like a king and the fat pours off you while retaining muscle.
