I didn't do a lot of smiling in my first show
My dad told me I looked pissed and that I was trying to shite myself

Can't shite yourself on stage if you have no intention of being on one!

Thanks
It's hard as a natural to put on more than 5-8 lbs of muscle a year, especially on my small frame of 5'6"
I want to be at 220, sub 10% BF, but my frame won't allow it
It took me until 2015 to break 200 in the offseason. I couldn't do it before no matter how much I ate

frick, half the turds here know me on Instagram anyway.

The first two are true before. Sadly, there was no chance of getting me in a swimsuit back then so no true swimsuit before.

I know I don't look big but compare to my friend at a similar height.

The left in this next one is last July. I had dropped a good bit but it obviously was not ideal. The right is yesteday at 98lbs.

Goals at this time are to get slightly more dip in my sides and to build muscle in my glutes. Dropping weight makes you lose everything.

Nothing dramatic like most of y'all, but I'm happy as I can be. I do still feel skinny fat.

Good work! I bet it is hard to count calories at that weight. Must not be much at all.

You ain't lying! The calculators say 800 to lose 1lb per week at my size. I rarely stick to it, but I actually went dangerously low each day this week (except last night, went out/got drunk).

After feeling pretty good yesterday in everything I tried on from my closet that never zipped before, I'm thinking I'm going to ease up on being so strict. I don't wanna hurt myself.

I don't think you need to lose much at all. Why not try .5 lb a week and do it slower and enjoy your diet a little more?

Switch to hard liquors for drinking. Less calories.

That's what I'm thinking. I need to focus on the "move more" at this point. I want some definition. Especially in my mid-section (said every woman ever).

EDIT: You're right. I caved and had beer and wine last night. I need to just shoot my Jameson and drink tons of water between.
