Can creatine cause bruising?

62 yr old. I bought some of this
Amazon creatine
after using it about 1 week I started noticing small buises all over me. About the size of a dime. So, I stopped taking it and the bruising went away.
I gave the remainder to a Baw at the gym. Today he comes up and asks what they heck did I give him. He has small buises all over.
So what gives?

I've never heard of that. If it happened to both of you I'd call the company. Something could be wrong with the batch.

Watch out on most creatine products on the market they can have a lot of impurities.
Find one that uses Creapure (from a German Chemical company) and avoid the rest.

Correct. More specifically you need to avoid all creatine from China.

not creatine but that specific brand....maybe
as mentioned, you want creapure.

Thanks for the feedback. Interesting that same company sells both.
One without creapure and one with creapure.
