Can anyone recommend a good air purifier for the house?

Back story: since January, I’ve been fighting allergy/sinus issues. And recently, it’s become pretty bad. Every day it’s something, whether it’s the itchy/watery eyes, complete blockage of my sinus cavity, runny nose, itchy throat, you name it…. For awhile, I thought it was just a seasonal type of thing, but I’ve come to realize that this whole issue starts and ends at my own damn house. I've completely deep cleaned my house - bedding, curtains, floors, etc have all been cleaned. Ive dusted, mopped, taken care of all the crap laying around the house, etc, but I’ve yet to find anything to stop the constant allergy attacks and lately I’ve just been miserable around the clock and it’s only been at my house. When I leave for work, I slowly start to get better throughout the day but as soon as I return home, it almost immediately starts creeping back.. I don’t know what to do anymore.
My quality of life is shite right now. I need answers and I need them fast. I don’t want to continue on like this because it’s been fricking miserable.. so I’m here to ask, have any of y’all ever dealt with something like this?? Also, have any of y’all had any success with air purifiers for your home? I don’t know what to do at this point, any suggestions will be appreciated/considered
Sorry if this is sloppy and doesn’t make sense. Hasn’t been a great morning, I can’t see and my face is leaking

I’ve noticed that air purifiers range anywhere from $60-$6000 dollars. So I’m not sure where to start

Look into ionization. Reme Halo is a solid whole home ionizer.

Vacuum wars on YouTube does a very comprehensive dive into the best ones, it's a 6 minute video but he provides links to the more in depth videos

Na, works well. I like it. Sure could have spent way less but I use the hell out of it to clean our couch, beds and pillows. Worth the money

Get a mold remediation company to fog your home.

We have a few Coway air purifiers in our home. It changes color (red or purple) when the air is not clean. Then the fan blows loudly until there is clean air.

I tried several types of purifiers and nothing beats a Rosenthal box.
- Place towards center of room on an elevated surface (bed, chair, stool, etc.)
- Turn it on while you dust, vacuum, pat out pillows, etc.
- Let it run for an extra 15 min, then onto the next room.
- Place it in the center of house and let it run at night
- Upgrade your filters to Merv 13 for all of your intakes, and change them out every ~30 days
My wife refused to believe that it would work, and she was amazed at the reduction in dust.
