Can anyone explain this feeling in my bicep?

So Sunday I did heavy front squats followed by 6x3 90s rest deads. I use a mixed grip and my left arm is supinated. I usually do this workout on Saturday but I was busy.
So Monday rolls around and I do chest and all various forms of presses. As the last excercise I got the idea to work biceps for 3x8 on straight bar curls since I thought they were fresh. I'll do one set of triceps on back day using the same principle.
Now I've been lifting for years and never felt this. On the third set I got this feeling in the lower part of my left bicep. It almost felt as if on top of the pump their was a feeling of a bulge of air. I could tell it was not the pressure of the pump but something different. I put the bar down and just called it. I have maybe the slightest bit of soreness (.15-.25 on a 10 scale) If I push my finger around long enough in my bicep to find it.
What is that? I have back day today and I'm slightly nervous that my bicep is going to rip. Any thoughts?

I'll be honest, I didn't get much info from that.
Does it hurt anywhere else?

I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say.

No it was just the most strangest feeling like a signal almost that if I continue this will go from weird to something bad.

Lower part of both my biceps do that. I was just assuming it was me not stretching enough or not extending enough on my reps.

Could be a muscle cramp.

Not much info to go on but just take it easy at first tonight and warm up very well. And stop mixed grip.
