Is this a healthy meal plan to use on a weekly basis to maintain weight along with an hour gym workout?
Obviously I will use variations but just wanted to know how many calories this is. When I use the calorie counter it says 1300 but that can't be right? Seems like a lot of food
5'10 175
Breakfast
2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 5 strawberries, 5 cubed watermelon pieces
Lunch
Black bean burger lettuce tomato wheat bread
Muscle milk 310 calorie, 32 grams protein
Dinner
boneless skinless chicken thigh half cup brussels half cup mushrooms

Pretty low carb generally means pretty low cal.

That seems like 1300 calories which a severe deficit.
Especially since there isn't any delicious red meat or much fats in that list.

No, not healthy at all. Frankly, the nutrition alone is lacking let alone the caloric value. I would not even recommend this to my 5'4" 135 lb wife as a maintaining meal plan.
You probably need to be eating at least 2600 cal to maintain, but you need to figure that out for yourself.

No not 1300 calories, I know that's not a lot. Just seemed like it was a lot of food like I was full all day.

You're going to have to re-baseline your metabolism. Take it slow, look into the vertical diet.

Your intake included mostly minimally processed foods, which tend to be more satiating.
How long have you been eating this amount? Sometimes eating very low calorie for a few days seems easy but in the long run gets difficult

Just a couple days
I normally skip breakfast and eat a large lunch meat, rice, gravy type food and then grilled meat and veggies for dinner
Trying to limit the red meat rice and gravy per doctors orders

Your doctor doesn't know much about nutrition then.

Most doctors have no clue about nutrition, it's really sad.

A couple of my really good friends are doctors, and I know 10 fold more about nutrition than them.
Whats sad is it's not their fault, they're all smart, but what theyre taught is straight out of the 1980s.

I wouldn't say that, they know that being healthy is better than eating a bunch of pills, but like I said, what they're taught is outdated pay for play studies.
A lot of the pill pushing, in my opinion, is compromise by the doctors. The patient isn't going to stop stuffing their gullet with Popeyes and sonic no matter what they're told and you can only fight them so much.
Theyve all told me about how hard headed or flat out stupid some people can be.

Agreed the calories are a little low but with a little tweaking he’s not that far off. I’d say he needs to be at 1500-1700 calories for a cut. shite, Chris Bumstead was only eating around 1800 calories @ 240 lbs prepping for Mr Olympia. At 175, his maintenance is maybe 2000-2200 assuming no cardio or physical job. The nutrition isn’t that far off either. He’s got strawberries, watermelon, mushrooms, and Brussels. If I was him I’d add in some egg whites, rice or potato, and some condiments, sauces, or snacks.

No, that’s not a lot of food at all. You should check out lean gains. They gave a calculator to help you.

I would imagine that he needs more than that to maintain, but I don't know anything about his activity level outside of 1 hr in the gym, and even that does not give any indication of intensity or what he is actually doing. Calling out a bodybuilding pro's calories to Joe down the street is a little bit of an apples to oranges, don't you think?
Also, I don't think a couple of strawberries and a cup of watermelon, or half cups of vegetables, is enough to get any meaningful micronutrients out of it, but I'm not an expert.
FWIW, I am 5'8" 155lb and I am eating 2500 cal and cutting, and I would not say that I am overly active other than going to the gym and generally walking around 11k steps. I don't do HIIT or any jogging or anything of the sort. 1300 cal would barely feed me through noon.
