Well, it's my own fault. Been focusing so much on specific skills that I'm afraid I've either overdone it or neglected my tricep, probably both.

I'm icing it and it helps. Trying to chill on taking aspirin but I may have no choice.

What do my fellow shredded hombres say? Any tips?

Lay off tricep work for a couple of days. You should be fine.

The two things that have worked best for me are wrapping from the elbow up to Midway of the upper arm with a voodoo floss band and repeatedly extending/flexing the arm for 30-60s.

Another thing that works pretty well is to rest the tricep on a barbell (either standing at a power rack or sitting up backwards on a bench) and flexing/extending the arm while moving the arm over the barbell to apply pressure at different points.

Tendonitis is cured by rest and you need to be careful because it will get in the bicep quickly if you start focusing on movements only with back and biceps.

I had it in the left bicep lately and it quickly got into the tricep too. Been just doing a few compound movements for upper body and feel much better. Gonna give it one more week with no direct pulling or arm work.

Advil and lay off working out a few days. It'll go away, had this problem real bad about a year ago, was really painful.

The webbing I ordered appears to be too narrow. It looks like I need 1.5” webbing to fit all 20 LEDs into the window I envision.

The device will strap around the affected area (like a patella strap) and it will target 8 660nm RED LEDs, 6 ~880nm IR LEDs and 6 ~930nm IR LEDs into the joint/site.

It will be long enough to strap around the elbow, wrist, ankle, knee or tricep.

4 660nm LEDs @50hz.

I didn’t expect the intensity to be as bright as it is, but I’ll take it.

I’ll set up the other Red and IR LEDs next.

Here are 7 660nm RED LEDs at 50hz. You can really see the frequency on this one.

I’ll have to work on the IR LEDs. If I add them in, they really dim the reds to a very low intensity, with only one in the mix; even though they draw the the same wattage.

I have a higher power LED device that’s very expensive ($2K) at my disposal and it works with consistent therapy.

Mine will be hands-free and will require longer times under usage since it’ll be a lower power, but it’ll be easy to use without having to stop doing anything except put it on and take it off.

Latest design test with 20 LEDs at 250Hz: 10 660nm Red, 5 880nm IR and 5 940nm IR. Luminosity is good across the board.

I’ll need to update a few parts before putting together an initial unit for testing.

LINK

I compared the pulsing Lux of my test design to the high-powered expensive device that I have available and my device is 300-400 Lux compared to the 30 Lux the other outputs.

Radiant energy is a separate calc based on time (Joules/cm2 per min) being scanned, but the intensity of my device dwarfs the $2K device using a 9V power source.
