I stopped mk677 because I have been trying to get under 10% bodyfat and that shite makes you hungry as hell, like wake up and sleep walk and raid the pantry hungry and I mean literally. Plus it makes you retain water like crazy.

I am getting back on he, I got off to see how much it was helping my blood work while I had my test on the max dose I am prescribed. It apparently was helping quite a bit. I lowered my test back to the level I prefer which is 100mg a week. I am prescribed 150mg. The GW had my total cholesterol down quite a bit from normal(~42 points) and my hdl up close to 50 which is better than the low dose statinwas doing. GW was helping my endurance alot too.

Unfortunately I have high cholesterol that runs in the family. So I have been trying to get that better and better. I will be adding some other supplements to help with that also.

Testicular issues also run in my family as my grandfather and father have had issues and I have already had to have surgery at 30 for a varicocele vein and stopped producing testosterone in my early 30s. I will be adding supplements that have anti cancer properties also.

I will talk about these supplements prolly next week and post the studies in the supplement science thread.

The only complete trials done on it were in rats and they developed cancer...

So how is not associated with cancer?

Nobody knows how its going to affect humans long term

They gave the rats 1000 times the normal amount. It’s like the equivalent of taking 100 aspirin for a headache. You’ll prob die too.

I suffer from genetically high cholesterol as well. Constant battle, I may look more into GW. Appreciate your insight.

Just use it responsibly. 6 weeks of 20 mg a day and then stay off for 6 weeks. Def helps with high cholesterol

I mean although unlikely, its still associated with cancer. Taking 100 aspirin with destroy your stomach and cause liver failure, not give you cancer.

Not worth the risk unless you’re trying to win a marathon or the crossfit games

Don't have to stay off but if you are going to run long duration I recommend just 10mg a day. Will provide most of the health benefits, which are plentiful, some of the performance enhancing benefits and reduce any and all sides to essentially nil.

Penny as cholesterol goes, I recommend a couple of things

To reduce plaque build up-
6-8oz pomegranate juice- the 100% juice kind
Life extension brand super k with k2 complex
Vitiman D

Take vitamin k and d as directed

To reverse cardiomyopathy
Life extension super bio curcumin

For cholesterol health

Citrus bergamot-1000mg morning and night- harrow formulas brand

Krill oil-2500mg morning and night

Ubiquinol

For BP and kidney benefits
Carditone
Astragalus-only supplement that will reverse kidney damage

For triglycerides and resting blood sugar
Gymnema sylverate
NA-R-ALA
Berberine

Prostate health-
Nutrifect relief super prostate formula

For high hemoglobin and hemocrit
Cell forte ip6 & inositol

I have studies on all of the above that I will be posting soon proving they do help those tremendously.

Hope this helps

Haven’t tried masupps yet. I’ve tried proven peptides twice and their GW wasn’t very good. I literally got zero results or felt any effects. I’ll see if masupps is any different. Should get my bottle any day now.
