Your right but we assume he is wanting to look better not a skinnier version of his current self.

Also all the BS you out in your post about keto burning fat is just that BS. You must be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, period. Keto isn't magic so stop posting BS.

Do 48 hour fasts. You'll lose muscle though.

But if you're trying to lose that much weight between now and April then you don't care about losing muscle

No it doesn't, which is the whole basis for keto.

No, it feeds off of fats you eat, as well as body fat if you're in a caloric deficit. It is hard for your body to convert protein into energy, so it avoids doing so as much as it can.

After a week or so, you’ll start losing 3-5 lbs a week.
No breakfast
Salad with grilled chicken or steak for lunch
Baked meat with veggies for supper
Drink nothing but water.

You’ll lose 15 lbs in a month or less( I lost 60+)

With this diet plan, you're going to be eating probably 1200 cals/day and losing more muscle than you have to.

Keto is great. It will help you stay satiated and, in turn, you'll likely eat less and lose weight. But it's not a magic body fat burning miracle.

Right, so what is an over-the-counter pill that boosts metabolism so the body burns more calories than it would normally?

You fricks are impossible. A guy asks for chainsaw advice and you all answer how to swing an ax.

There is no legal otc pill that does this. The ones you see are loaded with stimulants, which will curb your appetite and make you feel like youre burning more, but you're not.

Stimulants will raise your metabolism, no?

Indirectly, maybe. As in, you are all amped up so NEAT increases, or you exercise more. But no, stimulants do not directly increase metabolic rate. Or if they do it is a negligible amount.

No. Just do some Googling.

But no doctor worth a shite is going to recommend you take otc "fat burners".

Once you hit 40-ish, losing weight becomes extremely difficult for most people.

I'm ~50 - I can eat like it's going out of style for Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, and I'm up 3 to 5 pounds. Resume my normal routine, back to normal weight.

Work out religiously for 3 months? No change. Cut way back on carbs? No change.

I'm more or less slotted in where I am and the bad thing is it's 15 to 18 pounds too high.

Yep. Doctors know that weight is caused by genetics and taking pills and crazy diets will just hurt you and make you less healthy

I gave him one dick, and yes an eca stack does boost metabolism but only about 5%. It's main mechanism for causing weight loss is through stimulating the central nervous system causing a decrease in hunger.

Only uncouplers boost metabolism enough to be able to eat in a surplus and still burn fat. and let me know when dnp starts being sold over the counter.

Just burn more calories than you consume. It's as easy as that.
