If you have a jacked up looking nose, I'd go see one of the facial plastics ENTs in the city (hetzler, etc.) in case you need more of a functional rhino, spreader grafts etc.
Otherwise if you nose looks fairly okay, you'd be fine with many ENTs.

I had well less than 50% hearing and failed the listening test bad. Dr Frank Fazio got me 100%.
