“You don’t need them blah blah.”

Anyway, I’ve been rocking the All Day You May with a 10:1:1 ratio but it’s pricey. What are some other good brands with similar makeups?

Get EAA’s instead of BCAA’s.

The 5% stuff is garbage.

EAA’s don’t do as well in preventing muscle fatigue.

What do you get out of BCAAs - everything I've read is that you are buying just water flavoring

I buy optimum nutrition whey. It is loaded with BCAAs. I assumed that is good enough. Is my assumption correct?

well BCAAs dont do anything, waste of money. EAA>>>>>>BCAA. neither are needed though if protein is remotely adequate.

Correct. People don't understand if you are eating things like Beef, chicken, fish, and eggs and also drinking one or two whey protein shakes a day you are getting more than enough BCAA's. Supplementation isn't needed.

Which is of great value in itself.
