Best at home remedy for tendonitis?

Dang elbow refuses to heal. Been a while but started 100% resting it last week. Was still doing other lifting.

This used to happen to me often. Wrist wraps and fish oil is what helped me.

If you really want to get rid of tendonitis find a physical therapist that does dry needling. Usually costs around $100 and it typically only takes 1-2 sessions to knock the tendonitis out completely. If you're dead set on a home remedy google BP 157.

I been going through the same shite since early October

I slammed my funny bone onto a desk by mistake and it’s still hurts. Has gotten some what better over time but randomly flares up

I’ve tried not to rest my elbows on my desk at work
