I'm looking for a good at home, minimal equipment (bands, dumbbell) exercise program to help get in shape. Already running a couple days a week, but want to focus on building some muscle also. Is something like Beach Body on Demand the best? Any other recs?

The Beach Body programs will def get you in shape, but you won’t gain a lot of strength. What are your goals?

You can get power blocks and a bench for around $500. That’s enought to do a total body workout. Takes up pretty much zero space.

There are plenty of kettlebell programs out there.
No idea which is best, but I’m sure you could Google around and see which fits your goals.

Start with the recommended routine on Reddit. Download the app called bodyweight fitness pro and get a set of gymnastics rings and do the program.
Beachbody is good too.

IMO the best route is sandbags.
One of my last cycles included a ton of sandbag work and the results were so impressive that I'll always include them going forward.

Looking for muscle tone and strength, but not size. I’m a thinner guy that runs a couple days a week, so not looking to get yoked up or anything.

I mean, okay. Just stick to running then. Strength gains and mass kind of go hand in hand. You not gonna look like Dorian Yates if that’s what you’re worried about.
