Their PWA for iOS is absolutely atrocious. After the iOS13 upgrade its essentially unusable. I messaged them, letting them know I’m about to discontinue solely based on the fact their PWA is unusable. They gave me some sort of BS line like they are fixing it but they are dedicated to the PWA format.
Wtf kind of company in 2019 can’t develop or refuses to develop a native iOS application? Holy hell

You don't use the web app?
I think they've moved away entirely from the Android and IOS apps and just update the web app.

Gotcha.
The issue is they had an Android app but had trouble with the Apple store. I don't think they could ever even get ios app approval, or if they did they had trouble with updates, I can't quite remember.
Anyway, they moved to the web app to overcome the limitations of the Apple store.
I agree, the web app sucks at times. I find it best to just close out of it if I'm not using it rather than leaving it in the background.

Didn't it have something to do with Apple requiring them to use Apple pay or something like that?
