Been looking around on Amazon and all of them seem to have mixed reviews
What does the H/F board use?

The rogue knurled bar above the door is my recommendation if you don't do muscle ups.

I know you have a home gym, what do you do for dumbbells?
I was considering the rogue power blocks.
As for pull up bar, OP, I’m just mounting a rogue one in my garage wall.

I have the Titan wall mounted pull up bar. It was $65 buck on Amazon. I can't imagine the Rouge bar being any better than this one.

I use power block dumbbells. I have used all the different ones, only ones worth buying are ironmaster, powerblocks and the Ohio Olympic handles from rogue. All other ones pretty much suck arse.
I personally like powerblocks the best so I kept those and have the Olympic handles for explosive lifts. With powerblocks you can buy the first stage of the largest set and then add on as you can afford it.

Cool I was wondering that, because they do get pricey. Might start with the 70lb and add on as I go.

I have the titan as well and am very happy with it. Constructed quite well. Only caveat is that it is pretty big which should come as no surprise if you look at the dimensions

Same as I have. Here's my three year old getting after it.

I use a Ken Shamrock pullup bar. 60 bucks, removable and also has a dip attachment. I've had as much as 260 total lbs on it doing weighted dips and it's neved budged. If you're looking for something you dont have to attach to a wall, I endorse it.

I have the slightly smaller Rogue version of that. (Basically the Same thing)
I like that style because you can easily add ab straps, TRX bands, etc to it.
Vs. the over the door style- All depends on your space available I guess
