looking at possibly getting one and curious if anyone has one.
im wondering if its possible to just stand on it each morning when i wake up and it automatically log the results without my seeing them?
I want to start weighing myself daily and averaging it out weekly but i dont want the mental headaches of seeing the number fluctuate daily. I hope that makes sense

Real talk, I think you had an unhealthy relationship with the scale for a long time. I think it's time to just throw it in the trash.
Why do you want to weigh yourself daily?
How have you been? What are your measurements now?

I weigh myself daily. Learned that lesson as a freshman in college. You can’t gain 10-15 pounds overnight, so I weigh daily to ensure it doesn’t creep up on me.

i think its best to weigh yourself daily and take a 7 day average and imput that to see if its going up or down.
i use Avatar and it requires weekly weigh ins to track.
if i just logged one reading a week who knows how much it may have fluctuated from a heavy meal or sodium

You lose the ability to create a trend if you do it once a week. What happens if you gained 4 pounds of water from the night before? What if you lost 4 pounds? This is not an indication of what went on in the week. Doing it daily and getting an average will be better to gauge what you are doing and if it is working.

^ exactly what he said. That's the best way to track. Just log it and move on and take a 7 day average

I weight daily and hate it. I hate myself for any gains and love myself if I get the runs. I only record my weight every Monday morning, but step up every day.

I do it to see the change from PM and AM for shits and giggles.
Drink an assload of water throughout the day.
Get on scale before bed: 201.
Get on scale in the morning after pissing 5x during the night: 196.
