Seeing this more and more from supp companies. Seems like it would be gross, but curious if anyone here takes one and If they’d recommend it as a daily supplement.

I've had a few samples of the greens glaxon puts out. They have the flavor nailed down and it is quite tasty. The formulator has a video on the product page that is very informative.

I’ve used Athletic Greens. It’s not bad at all. You can add it just to your water, or to a smoothie or protein shake and it’s not noticeable at all

I take Organafi greens on most mornings just because I never eat vegetables with breakfast. Taste is good - lemon mint flavor. I probably don't need it because I get vegetables with lunch and dinner almost every day, but I guess it can't hurt. Of the limited supplements that I take I would probably stop taking the greens if I had to stop any of them.

I've been taking the Biotest Superfood supplement. Doesn't taste the greatest, but its hardly noticeable when mixed in a shake.

Everything Biotest looks great - but damn is it expensive!

I've been rotating MTS Nutrition Machine Greens and Core Nutritionals Greens. Both are great, Core is $20 more expensive but has added fiber in the product

I use the Naturelo raw greens. I get the blueberry flavor, it adds some sweetness. Actually tastes kinda like sweet tea, somehow.

Anyone else just use fresh greens and/or buy the big bag of power greens from Costco and blend them in their protein shake?

Have done that also. It’s definitely cheaper. Doesn’t taste as good IMO. Granted, I also couldn’t necessarily argue that no greens vs. greens supplement vs. actual greens made too much of a difference in how I felt

And that’s why I’m not that big into supplements anyway

This is my experience. I’ve done it all - green supplements, greens in smoothies, etc. Don’t eat any veggies anymore, and haven’t felt any worse. Actually, probably feel better without all the fiber.

Gave up the veggies after reading the Carnivore Code. I like to experiment with a lot of different methods. I really think the meat only thing can be really good for you, but I have trouble sustaining it, mostly due to lack of variety. If I had any health issues, I’d go full bore for a longer period of time.

But is it worth the money and taking them?
