Looks like a gimmick that I myself have been fooled on before. What are your goals for supplements?

After reading a few articles on it, it SOUNDS legit, however I would have to see it to believe it. I'm not that sure about the explanation of the science behind it because I'm not that smart.
The reviews mostly claim strength gaining with a little bit of muscle gain, but how can you tell if any of those reviews are legit? Hell, even the articles could be BS.
In reading about that supplement, I came across another one called Turkesterone. The articles claim a similar result as Ecdysterone.
Get some, and report back with your personal results.

I took that in a stack with 2 other supplements from huge for 2 cycles. I would say it helped with strength marginally but felt it improved energy and endurance during workouts.
Took with Annihilate and Sapogenix

if you are going to take ecdy, stack with turk and you may see some results. From feedback i think turk is better. here is the link to the true nutrition page for a-bolic that has studies listed for turk
LINK
another one is Arachidonic Acid
if i was designing a completely natural cycle it would have all 3, a test booster and a gda and a frick ton of food.

no personally i dont. but most things true nutrition sells are top notch.
and yes it can be run as a standalone and still be effective.
as far as other brands...i would be mindful of quality
what are your goals though and what is your history of lifting? essentially what are you trying to acchomplish wiht this? we may be able to design a program/diet to where you dont need this.

I am 47 and have been lifting regularly for the last 12 years. Im 6'1-210 and stay active playing sports outside the gym. I have been noticing over the past 2-3 years, my results are not like they once were. I tried switching up my workouts, routine. I used to get a pump that lasted and I could feel my body comp changing. Now I cant. I even hired an online trainer to help with switching routines and variations of workout. Ive had all my blood work done on a regular and my test was low so did trt for a year- got my test up to 800-1000, but still low energy and workouts the same. I went to SARMS out of desperation and saw gains and improvement, but ldl was off so I got off.
Not looking to bulk, but i want to feel and see results again.
Thanks for your help

ok so number 1...trt is not something you go off and on. you get on and stay on. and if you did it for a year...i can promise you need to get back on.
#2 ecdy, turk, AA are not going to be shite compared to a sarm. and of course the sarm made your ldl go up. they are made to cycle not stay on permenantly.
#3 what is your routine, how long have you been at it and what is your diet like?
#4 what is your estimated bodyfat %?

Thanks for the feedback
the reason I got off TRT is because I was losing hair, becoming bloated/sluggish, my estrogen went up which was making me fall asleep at 7:30pm. I went to my doctor and he put me on estrogen blockers and recommended PRP for my hair. I was on the blockers, but I was still sluggish.
SARMS- I did cycle and the LDL normalized.
My diet could always use some tweaking. I eat healthy for the most part- 3-4 meals a day-small meals. I wake up at 6am every morning and typically eat breakfast around 9 (typically boiled eggs or oatmeal), I eat lunch at 11:30- typically a meat and a veggie. I snack around 1:30/3- typically an apple or protein shake then work-out around 4:30 and eat dinner at 6:30-7.
Body Fat is around 26%-28%

you need to find a new doctor and you need to be on trt. trt doesnt cause you to loose your hair. and estrogen is easy to control and you were prolly sluggish because he prolyl nuked your estrogen. key is to control not remove completely.
where are you located

#1 that is a really high body fat and is your main damn problem. that is obese
#2 are you tracking macros? because that is something you need to be doing
what is your workout routine like and what are your bench/squat/deadlift and press numbers? also what are your chin up numbers?

I am located in BR and familiar with 2 local places here. i went to 1 and have not tried the other. The other recommended I take it home and self inject twice a week- break the dose in half to do it twice a week so I do not get the ups and downs.
Honestly- i have not tested my body fat recently. I need to. Being 6"1 and weighing 210- I can assure you that Im not fat, but i do understand the obese part and its in that range.
I am not tracking macros. Ive never learned how to.
I workout out 5-6 days a week. Typically take wed or thursday off and sunday.
I have not maxxed out in a while. I also do not free squat as Im dealing with low back pain right now that I am getting treatment for

I typically get up to about 215 on bench on my last set- 6 reps
Squats- I use the smith machine and typically get up to 200- 8-10 reps
I do not deadlift which I know I should be doing

you should go to the second location as atleast they understand half lifes
as far as counting macros....download myfitnesspal and get a kitchen scale. start weighing your food and logging prior to cooking. make sure you account for oils you use to cook with. put everything in the tracker for a couple weeks and see where you are.
as far as the workout, you honestly should either try pen and paper strength app programming but since you dont like squating right now I would suggest looking at john meadows style programming.
you can email me at lsu777td
gmail
and i will set you up to atleast have a sound program to follow.
