There is absolutely no way you did 2 sets of 100 pushups with or without a vest. There's hardly anyone in the world that can do 1 set of 100 real pushups without a vest and were to believe you did it twice in a short amount of time?

dude i did like a 70 minute murph. when I say two sets I mean I was on the ground for them twice. There was nothing quick about them and I rested at the bottom quite a bit.

the pull ups are what most people struggle with, but don't let the push ups fool you, they get spicy quicker than you think

for the pull ups, just do as many as you can, then switch to jumping singles or something to the finish

there are a lot of holes in my fitness routine but pull ups are probably the most glaring. I have always avoided them

Pull-ups, push-ups, squats weren’t bad for me but I do those with a 40 lb vest on 2-3 times a week. Bodyweight exercises with a weighted vest on can be just as good or better than moving bars and plates.

I travel a lot for work and use a local gym so I always just bring my vest and find a playground or something to throw the vest on and get my workout in when I’m out of town. I hardly ever run so that was by far the toughest part for me.
