Anybody use rice bucket training for hand/wrist/forearm strength?

saw a youtube about it and picked up the materials on a recent trip to walmarks. I don't know how effective it is but you do feel it after a few sets.

My sons that play baseball do, they do the iron fist program on YouTube and just follow the video, for them it’s more for elbow health though

Think he had a 55 gallon drum and worked his arm in it all the way up to the shoulder

I’ve been having some issues with my left wrist and have considered this. I think my wrist is weak in the “stable” position so I default to poor position during lifts, need to get stronger in proper alignment

I used to coach holders using this method to help FG units

More than a few major league pitchers have used it, for years. Would appear to be effective.
