Anybody take TB-500/BPC 157 Capsules?

Any noticeable positive effects? Ive heard that TB-500 may have low oral bioavailability.
I bought some on a whim; hoping to help some of the nagging injuries I always seem to get while lifting weights or hiking/trail running.
Kind of pricey at $300 for 60/count.

why not just take the shot? much more effective

I got about 3 weeks worth of a shot for $200. Didn't seem to help
