I was doing cheat side delt raises to failure and then right into one arm shoulder press and it felt like i had 200lbs in my hand. I couldnt lift. I assume a pinched nerve.

Does this sound right to anyone?

Is it shooting pain? Sudden jerks of pain with you move it a certain way or constant pain?

Comes on at diff times. Carried a box and it was pretty constant on that side of my neck/trap area. No shooting tho.

Come to think of it, I have been having a weird sensation in my trap for a few weeks randomly. where its almost like a cramp but turns into a burning sensation.

Ok I wouldnt say it's a pinched nerve. A pinched nerve is almost always a shooting pain. You just feel ok and then you make a certain movement and it's like a jolt that shits through you your pain area.

It could be a strained or pulled muscle.

I would suggest going to see a chiropractor and let him give you an evaluation and see if he can fix you up. That can be a cheaper and faster way to possibly help instead of waiting on a doctors visit and then waiting on an MRI.

Had one in my back, actually made me pass out as the pain was shooting when I took a breathe and I started breathing shallow and couldn't get enough oxygen. It comes back every once in a while but the only thing that helped me was a chiropractor.

Yes.

C6-C7 degeneration has me battling ongoing pinched nerve issues.

205x2 on Bench was impossible 4-5 weeks ago. I managed 245x5 on Sunday, but I lost some strength in my right arm due to the lengthy problem.

Last year, I battled it in my left arm.

Where I felt it, was inside of my shoulder blade, and it radiated down the back of my right tricep. The heavier the weight, the worse it felt and I couldn’t press the weight.
