Is it ok to work out in the morning and not eat until lunch?

I had been pretty good about keeping a 16-8 window but my schedule changed and I can't work out in the late morning anymore.

I wasn't comfortable with the idea of working out and being done at 8 am and not eating until 12:30

Thanks for the info! Appreciate it. I’ll definitely give it a try! I can do it but pretty sure I may have a plain hot tea in the am. Maybe I can hold off though

You can literally run five miles on empty and feel great afterwards. I have done it many times.

Hey cock I work out daily at 5am. Break my fast around 10:30am.

I'm sure many people will say I'm half assing intermittent fasting and I kind of am. I'm loving the results I'm getting though. I only do it 5 days a week. I have one protein heavy meal around 4:00 and that's it. I have no problem grabbing black coffee or green tea on occasion. Energy level is good and I've never felt better.
